Single robomail machine solutions are a very common starting point for people getting into in house email marketing solutions. The single machine is capable of sending emails, receiving bounces, and list management. It is a COMPLETE mailing solution! No need for multiple machines unless you need to send more volume per hour. It is an all-self-contained email marketing solution within one machine/server. We recommend daily off site backups of unsubscribes and weekly off site backups of the entire database. This will help ensure backups for unexpected interruption of services and support a healthy and regular email maintenance. Robomail can be installed on dedicated servers, virtual private servers and in the cloud but not on a "shared" hosted machine.

Multiple Machines : Enterprise Master & Clone(s)
Having multiple robomail machines will enable you to send larger volumes of mail across multiple machines. This solution without mailing on the Enterprise Master will also enable you to safely limit public access/exposure and provide optimal processing power for the database managing multiple machines. Enterprise Master & Clones machines can be installed on dedicated servers, virtual private servers and in the cloud but not on a "shared" hosted machine.

Tunnel Machines
Tunnel machines can be added to any robomail machine with the exception of a Lite version. The machines are similar to vpn's and proxie servers. The advantage of using a tunnel machine is the ability to send emails using's ips bound to a tunnel machine. The disadvantage of using a tunnel machine is that it can not send any faster than the supporting speed of another robomail machine (master, pro or extreme). You must own or lease a machine to install the tunnel license. Robomail does not use open-proxies. Tunnel machines can be installed on dedicated servers, virtual private servers and in the cloud but not on a "shared" hosted machine. A single robomail machine can support up to 20 or more tunnel machines.
